First Event Organizing company in Malta operating in the Conference & Incentive tourism market and local corporate business market.

Joined Synergix Ltd with the role of Events Coordinator, but quickly progressed to take care of all the production requirements for specialized clients. Roles included liaising with local Destination Management Companies, creating custom-made programs for specialized groups, designing sets and costumes, creating & coordinating original events and team building activities.
Achievements
- Initialized a system of packaged event products for Destination Management Companies
- Structured an event coordination system with a team of part-timers to promote ease of work but increase reliability
- Created and organized the first ever 'Speed Boat' treasure hunt around the Maltese coast, via the island of Comino and ending in Gozo
- Coordinated animation events for international clients such as Siemens Nixdorf, IBM, Lilly Group, BINDA (Briel Italy), SwissCom, Mobil Oil & Air Malta
- Coordinated two Malta Promotional events in Holland Rotterdam Airport on the occasion of the first Air Malta charter plane to the city & a
Promotional Maltese open day in Milan.
- Worked as conference delegate assistant for M.S.D during my 2 month stay in Hamburg Germany
- Designed character costumes for the Water Works Department in Malta, Medieval Fantasy Stilt-walking costumes for the Malta Tourism Authority and
Love Hearts costumes for Time International importers of SWATCH Watches in Malta for a Valentines day promotion.
