Promoted to this post to manage the communications department of the company handling the following duties;
- Media allocation including TV, Radio, Internet, Social Media & Print
- Media buying
- Traditional & new media oriented campaign conceptualization and implementation.
- Management of online media and social media.
- Creative team leader with in-house design team & third parties.
- Management of budgets for advertising and campaign related materials.
- Draw brands’ annual BPs including communication calendars and fully fledged campaign mechanics and strategies.
- Liaise with Coca-Cola international for artwork & campaign approvals.
Achievements
- Continue to build on the work done during my previous post.
- Creation of “Toolkits” for the Activation, Merchandising & Sales teams to ensure conformity in activation and branding
- Creation of new in-store materials in collaboration with the internal design team to maximize space and point of sale opportunity.
- Supervised re-design of Kristal new Packaging
- Started new Social Media campaign approaches for specific brands (in line with TCCC)
- Increase in the presence of Coca-Cola in Malta online, via Mycoke.com.mt and Social Media
- Drew a full e-commerce / e-marketing program for GSD for 2012 (still to be implemented)
